ENGLISH QUEST CAMPS
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective for programmes commencing from 01.08.2026
Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking. They apply to all English Quest Camps programmes unless different conditions are expressly stated in the relevant Programme information or Booking Confirmation.
For Cyprus programmes, these Terms are intended to operate together with the applicable Cyprus package-travel, consumer-protection, safeguarding, education, accommodation and other legislation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory right or protection that applies to a Parent, Guardian or Participant under applicable law.
1. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms:
“English Quest”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the person or entity identified in the Booking Confirmation as the provider/organiser of the Programme.
“Parent/Guardian” means the parent or legal guardian making the booking or otherwise authorised to contract on behalf of the Participant.
“Participant” means the child or young person registered for the Programme.
“Programme” means the English Quest camp or summer programme selected by the Parent/Guardian.
“Programme Price” means the total price stated in the Booking Confirmation, including the services expressly included in that booking.
“Booking” means a confirmed reservation for a Participant.
“Programme Provider” means a third-party provider engaged to provide a particular service forming part of the Programme.
“Programme Start Date” means the first official day of the relevant Programme session.
“Programme Information” means the information published on the official English Quest website, booking documentation, brochure or other written information supplied before the Booking is confirmed.
2. THE PROGRAMME
2.1. English Quest provides international language and cultural programmes for young people.
2.2. Depending on the Programme selected, the Programme Price may include:
- language tuition;
- accommodation;
- meals;
- cultural and recreational activities;
- excursions;
- airport transfers;
- supervision and participant support; and
- other services expressly stated in the Programme Information.
2.3. International flights are not included unless expressly stated otherwise. Parents/Guardians are responsible for booking the Participant’s international flights.
2.4. The exact services included in a particular Programme are those stated in the Programme Information and Booking Confirmation.
2.5. Programmes may be operated using appropriately authorised third-party providers, including language schools, hotels and other accommodation providers, restaurants/catering providers, transport companies, excursion providers and activity providers.
2.6. The use of third-party providers does not, where applicable, remove any statutory responsibility of the legal organiser under mandatory law.
3. MAKING A BOOKING
3.1. A booking request is made by completing and submitting the English Quest Online Application/Booking Form.
3.2. A booking is not confirmed until English Quest has received:
(a) the completed booking/application information; and
(b) the required booking payment or, where applicable, full payment.
3.3. The standard booking payment is:
- €400 per child per session for EU programmes; and
- £400 per child per session for UK programmes,
unless a different amount is expressly stated for the particular Programme.
3.4. For Cyprus programmes, the applicable currency and payment arrangements will be stated in the Booking Confirmation.
3.5. The person making the Booking confirms that he or she:
(a) is the Parent/Guardian or is authorised by the Parent/Guardian;
(b) has authority to provide the information supplied in the Booking; and
(c) has authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the Participant.
3.6. Where the Participant is under 18, the Booking may be accepted only by a person with appropriate parental or legal authority.
3.7. Once the Booking has been confirmed, English Quest will issue or make available a Booking Confirmation and invoice showing the remaining balance and applicable payment deadlines.
4. PAYMENT
4.1. The balance of the Programme Price must be paid no later than 31 May of the year in which the Programme takes place.
4.2. Bookings made after 31 May must be accompanied by full payment unless English Quest expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
4.3. If the required payment is not received by the applicable deadline, English Quest may cancel the Booking after giving reasonable notice where required by law.
4.4. Bank-transfer charges and payment-processing charges imposed by the Parent/Guardian’s bank or payment provider are payable by the Parent/Guardian unless otherwise stated.
4.5. English Quest will not charge additional fees that were not disclosed before the Booking unless such charges arise from a request made by the Parent/Guardian or are otherwise permitted by applicable law.
5. PROGRAMME PRICE
5.1. The Programme Price includes only the services expressly identified as included in the Programme Information and Booking Confirmation.
5.2. Unless expressly included, the following are not included:
- international flights;
- visa fees;
- passport costs;
- travel insurance;
- personal purchases;
- telephone/data charges;
- excess baggage;
- optional activities;
- personal expenses;
- costs arising from voluntary flight changes;
- costs arising from a Participant’s misconduct, to the extent legally recoverable; and
- other services expressly identified as excluded.
5.3. Where applicable package-travel legislation applies, the price and any permitted changes to the price will be governed by that legislation.
6. CANCELLATION BY THE PARENT/ GUARDIAN
6.1. A Parent/Guardian may request cancellation of a Booking before the Programme Start Date.
6.2. The standard English Quest voluntary cancellation scale is:
Cancellation received on or before 31 May:
75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation received during June:
25% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation received from 1 July onwards:
No voluntary cancellation refund will ordinarily be payable.
6.3. The cancellation scale above applies to voluntary cancellations and is subject to any mandatory statutory rights applicable to the Booking.
6.4. In particular, where package-travel legislation applies, the Parent/Guardian may have statutory rights to terminate the package without a cancellation charge in specified circumstances, including where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances significantly affect the performance of the package at the destination.
6.5. Cancellation requests should be made in writing by the Parent/Guardian. The date on which English Quest receives the cancellation request will normally determine the applicable cancellation period.
6.6. Refunds will be made to the original payer, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. CANCELLATION AFTER THE PROGRAMME HAS STARTED
7.1. If a Participant voluntarily leaves the Programme after it has commenced, unused Programme services will not ordinarily be refundable.
7.2. This does not exclude any statutory right to reimbursement, price reduction, compensation or another remedy where English Quest has failed to provide an agreed Programme service.
7.3. Where a Participant is required to leave the Programme because of serious misconduct, breach of Programme rules or another circumstance attributable to the Participant, the Parent/Guardian may be responsible for reasonable additional costs resulting from the early departure, including travel or repatriation costs.
8. CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY ENGLISH QUEST
8.1. English Quest reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Programme where necessary because of:
- safety considerations;
- weather;
- public-authority requirements;
- availability of facilities;
- participant numbers;
- operational requirements;
- changes by third-party providers;
- events beyond reasonable control; or
- other legitimate operational reasons.
8.2. Examples include changes to:
- timetable;
- order of activities;
- excursion dates;
- activity providers;
- teachers;
- accommodation arrangements;
- transport arrangements; or
- individual activities.
8.3. English Quest will endeavour to provide a reasonably comparable alternative where an included activity or service cannot be provided.
8.4. Where a change constitutes a significant alteration or significant reduction of the Programme, the Parent/Guardian will receive the rights required by applicable law.
8.5. Where a Programme is cancelled before commencement, English Quest will provide the remedies required by applicable law.
8.6. Nothing in these Terms permits English Quest to exclude a statutory right to a refund, price reduction, compensation, alternative arrangement or cancellation.
9. PACKAGE TRAVEL
9.1. Certain English Quest programmes may constitute a package under applicable package-travel legislation because they combine two or more different types of travel services.
9.2. Where a Programme constitutes a package, the Parent/Guardian will receive the information and contractual protections required by the applicable package-travel legislation.
9.3. Where English Quest or another identified party is the legal organiser of the package, that organiser will have the responsibilities imposed by applicable law, including responsibility for the proper performance of the travel services included in the package.
9.4. English Quest may use independent third-party providers to deliver individual services forming part of the Programme.
9.5. The use of third-party providers does not, where applicable law provides otherwise, remove the statutory responsibility of the legal package organiser.
9.6. Where required, the Parent/Guardian will receive the applicable standard package-travel information form and other mandatory pre-contract information.
9.7. Where required by law, the legal organiser will maintain appropriate insolvency protection covering the package payments.
9.8. Details of the applicable insolvency protection will be supplied in the documentation required by applicable law.
10. CYPRUS PROGRAMMES
10.1. Cyprus Programmes will be operated in accordance with applicable Cyprus legislation.
10.2. Where English Quest uses third-party providers in Cyprus, such providers may include appropriately authorised:
- accommodation establishments;
- language schools or private summer-school providers;
- restaurants and catering providers;
- passenger transport operators;
- excursion/activity providers; and
- other service providers.
10.3. Each third-party provider is responsible for maintaining the licences, registrations, approvals, qualifications and insurance required for the service or premises it operates.
10.4. Where the Programme includes language teaching provided by a Cyprus educational provider, the Parent/Guardian will be informed of the provider and the educational component of the Programme.
10.5. Where the Programme includes cultural and recreational activities, these may include cultural visits, team games, social activities and other recreational activities.
10.6. English Quest does not provide formal sports training or operate a sports/gymnastics school as part of the standard Programme unless expressly stated otherwise.
10.7. International flights to Cyprus are booked independently by the Parent/Guardian and are not part of the Programme unless expressly stated otherwise.
10.8. Airport transfers specifically included in the Programme are part of the Programme services.
10.9. Nothing in these Terms is intended to represent that a third-party provider’s licence extends to English Quest or vice versa.
10.10. The legal identity of the package-programme organiser for a Cyprus Programme, where applicable, will be stated in the Booking Confirmation and/or mandatory package-travel documentation.
11. ACCOMMODATION
11.1. Accommodation will be provided at the establishment identified in the Programme Information or Booking Confirmation, or at a reasonably comparable alternative where a change is necessary.
11.2. Accommodation may be provided by an independent hotel, residence, student residence or other appropriately authorised accommodation provider.
11.3. Rooms may be shared according to age, gender, availability, safeguarding requirements and the operational arrangements of the Programme.
11.4. Requests for particular roommates may be considered but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
11.5. English Quest may change room allocations where reasonably necessary for safeguarding, safety, behavioural or operational reasons.
11.6. Participants must comply with all reasonable rules of the accommodation provider.
11.7. Participants may not smoke, possess prohibited substances, consume alcohol where prohibited by the Programme rules or applicable law, or permit unauthorised visitors into the accommodation.
11.8. Parents/Guardians acknowledge that accommodation arrangements for minors may require reasonable restrictions on access, movement and visitors.
12. MEALS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
12.1. Meals specified in the Programme Price will be provided or arranged by English Quest and/or an appropriate third-party catering or accommodation provider.
12.2. Parents/Guardians must provide complete and accurate information regarding:
- food allergies;
- intolerances;
- dietary restrictions;
- medically required diets; and
- other relevant food-related requirements.
12.3. English Quest will communicate relevant information to the appropriate provider.
12.4. English Quest will make reasonable efforts to accommodate declared dietary requirements, subject to the facilities and services available at the Programme location.
12.5. Where a medically significant or highly specialised diet cannot safely be accommodated, English Quest may require further information or discuss alternative arrangements with the Parent/Guardian.
13. LANGUAGE COURSE
13.1. Where language tuition is included, the course will be provided according to the Programme Information.
13.2. The educational component may be provided by an independent language school, private summer-school provider or other appropriately authorised educational provider.
13.3. Participants may be assessed and allocated to classes according to age, language level and educational needs.
13.4. Teachers, class sizes, timetables and classroom locations may change where reasonably necessary.
13.5. English Quest does not guarantee a particular language-learning result, examination result or qualification unless expressly stated in writing.
13.6. The language provider remains responsible for the educational services for which it is legally responsible.
14. ACTIVITIES AND EXCURSIONS
14.1. Activities may include:
- cultural visits;
- sightseeing;
- museum or heritage visits;
- team games;
- team-building activities;
- social activities;
- recreational activities;
- educational activities; and
- excursions.
14.2. Activities may be changed because of weather, safety, availability, participant numbers, public-authority requirements or other reasonable operational considerations.
14.3. Certain activities may have age, health, ability or other safety restrictions.
14.4. Participants must follow all reasonable instructions given by English Quest staff and activity providers.
14.5. English Quest may exclude a Participant from a particular activity where reasonably necessary for safety or safeguarding.
14.6. Where an included activity cannot be provided, English Quest will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative where practicable.
15. AIRPORT TRANSFERS
15.1. Where airport transfers are included, the transfer arrangements will be stated in the Programme Information.
15.2. Parents/Guardians must provide complete flight details no later than seven days before arrival whenever reasonably possible.
15.3. Any flight change must be notified to English Quest as soon as possible and, where practicable, at least two days before the relevant flight.
15.4. Failure to provide accurate flight information may result in additional transfer costs where a transfer has to be rearranged, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15.5. Additional charges for transfers outside the standard included transfer times or for airports not included in the Programme will be stated before the service is booked.
15.6. International flights are the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian and are not operated by English Quest.
16. UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
16.1. Parents/Guardians must notify English Quest at the time of booking if the Participant will travel as an unaccompanied minor under the airline’s rules.
16.2. Where an airport escort/meet-and-assist service is available, it must be booked in advance.
16.3. Parents/Guardians must provide all documents and information required by the airline and English Quest.
16.4. English Quest’s airport assistance does not replace the airline’s legal responsibilities for an unaccompanied minor while the child is in the airline’s care.
17. SUPERVISION AND SAFEGUARDING
17.1. English Quest provides supervision and participant support according to the Programme arrangements.
17.2. Parents/Guardians must provide accurate information concerning the Participant’s health, behaviour, needs and circumstances that may reasonably affect participation in the Programme.
17.3. English Quest will maintain appropriate safeguarding procedures for Participants in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the Programme.
17.4. English Quest may contact parents/guardians, emergency services, medical professionals, police, child-protection authorities or other competent authorities where reasonably necessary to protect a Participant or another person.
17.5. English Quest may take reasonable temporary protective measures where necessary to safeguard a Participant or others.
17.6. Any overnight supervision arrangements will be communicated as part of the Programme Information.
18. MEDICAL INFORMATION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE
18.1. Parents/Guardians must provide accurate and complete medical information before the Programme begins.
18.2. This includes relevant:
- allergies;
- medical conditions;
- medications;
- dietary restrictions;
- emergency information; and
- other information necessary for the safe participation of the Participant.
18.3. In an emergency, English Quest may arrange appropriate medical assistance, including contacting emergency medical services and arranging transportation to a medical facility.
18.4. Parents/Guardians authorise English Quest to take reasonable emergency measures necessary to safeguard the Participant, subject to applicable law.
18.5. Parents/Guardians remain responsible for providing any required medical documentation, prescriptions and medication instructions.
18.6. Medical, hospital, pharmaceutical and related expenses are the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian or the applicable insurer.
19. TRAVEL INSURANCE
19.1. Parents/Guardians are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for the Participant.
19.2. Insurance should cover, as appropriate:
- medical expenses;
- emergency assistance;
- cancellation;
- interruption;
- baggage;
- personal liability; and
- other risks associated with international travel and participation in the Programme.
19.3. Where insurance is mandatory for a particular Programme, evidence of insurance must be provided before arrival.
20. VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
20.1. Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring that the Participant has the passport, visa, entry permission and other documents required for the destination country.
20.2. English Quest will provide reasonable supporting documents required from it after the conditions stated in the Booking documentation have been satisfied.
20.3. English Quest does not guarantee that a visa or entry permission will be granted.
20.4. Where a visa is refused, any applicable refund will be determined according to the Programme’s cancellation conditions and any mandatory statutory rights.
20.5. Parents/Guardians must provide documentary evidence of visa refusal where a refund is claimed on that basis.
21. BEHAVIOUR AND PROGRAMME RULES
21.1. Participants must behave respectfully toward:
- other Participants;
- staff;
- teachers;
- accommodation personnel;
- transport providers;
- activity providers;
- members of the public; and
- property belonging to others.
21.2. The following are prohibited:
- violence or threats;
- bullying;
- harassment;
- discriminatory conduct;
- theft;
- deliberate or reckless damage;
- possession of prohibited substances, including tobacco and electronic cigarettes.
- possession of dangerous items;
- serious breach of accommodation rules;
- serious breach of curfew;
- leaving the Programme without permission; and
- other conduct creating a serious safety or safeguarding risk.
21.3. English Quest may take proportionate disciplinary or safeguarding measures in response to misconduct.
21.4. In serious cases, English Quest may require the Participant to leave the Programme.
21.5. Where a Participant is required to leave because of serious misconduct, the Parent/Guardian may be responsible for reasonable additional costs, including return travel, accommodation or supervision costs, to the extent permitted by law.
21.6. No disciplinary action will remove any mandatory statutory rights of the Participant.
22. CURFEW
22.1. Unless different arrangements are stated for a particular Programme, the standard curfew is:
Participants aged 16 and over:
- Sunday–Thursday: 22:30
- Friday–Saturday: 23:00
Participants under 16:
- Sunday–Thursday: 22:00
- Friday–Saturday: 22:30
22.2. English Quest may impose an earlier curfew where reasonably necessary for safeguarding, accommodation rules, excursions, travel arrangements or other operational reasons.
23. POCKET MONEY AND PERSONAL EXPENSES
23.1. Parents/Guardians should provide sufficient pocket money for the Participant.
23.2. As a general guideline, approximately €100 per week may be sufficient, depending on the Programme and the Participant’s personal spending.
23.3. English Quest may assist a Participant in an emergency where reasonably necessary.
23.4. Any emergency advance provided by English Quest on behalf of the Participant must be reimbursed by the Parent/Guardian.
24. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
24.1. Participants must take reasonable care of accommodation, school premises, vehicles, equipment and other property.
24.2. The Parent/Guardian may be responsible for loss or damage caused deliberately or negligently by the Participant, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
24.3. English Quest will not charge the Parent/Guardian for ordinary wear and tear or damage for which the Participant is not legally responsible.
24.4. Where a damage charge is made, English Quest will provide reasonable details of the damage and the amount claimed.
25. SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT
25.1. Where a particular accommodation provider requires a security/damage deposit, the amount and payment arrangements will be stated in the Booking Information.
25.2. The deposit will be returned in accordance with the accommodation provider’s procedures provided that no chargeable damage or other amount is outstanding.
25.3. Any deduction should be reasonably related to the actual loss or cost incurred.
26. CHANGES TO A BOOKING
26.1. Requests to change a confirmed Booking must be made in writing.
26.2. English Quest will endeavour to accommodate reasonable changes, subject to availability.
26.3. An administrative charge of €50 may apply to a voluntary Booking change requested after confirmation.
26.4. Changes made two weeks or less before the Programme Start Date may result in additional costs where the change requires different accommodation, transport, course arrangements or other services.
26.5. English Quest will inform the Parent/Guardian of any additional cost before the change is confirmed where reasonably practicable.
26.6. A change cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by English Quest in writing.
27. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
27.1. English Quest may contract with independent providers for individual Programme services.
27.2. Such providers may include:
- hotels;
- language schools;
- private summer-school providers;
- restaurants;
- catering companies;
- licensed passenger transport operators;
- excursion operators; and
- cultural or recreational activity providers.
27.3. English Quest will use reasonable care in selecting providers appropriate to the relevant services.
27.4. Where applicable package-travel legislation makes English Quest the legal organiser, the Parent/Guardian retains the statutory rights provided by that legislation notwithstanding the use of third-party providers.
28. FORCE MAJEURE / UNAVOIDABLE AND EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES
28.1. English Quest will not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
28.2. Such circumstances may include:
- natural disasters;
- extreme weather;
- epidemics or pandemics;
- war;
- terrorism;
- civil unrest;
- government restrictions;
- border closures;
- strikes;
- serious transport disruption; or
- other unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
28.3. Where package-travel legislation applies, the statutory rights relating to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances will apply.
29. COMPLAINTS DURING THE PROGRAMME
29.1. Participants or Parents/Guardians should notify English Quest as soon as reasonably possible if a Programme service is not being provided as agreed.
29.2. English Quest will have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, remedy the issue.
29.3. Where the Programme is a package, complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable package-travel legislation.
29.4. Nothing in this clause prevents a Parent/Guardian from exercising any statutory consumer right.
30. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEO AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
30.1. English Quest may wish to take photographs or video during Programme activities for operational, educational or promotional purposes.
30.2. Promotional use of identifiable images of a Participant will be subject to the consent required by applicable data-protection and child-protection law.
30.3. Consent for promotional use will be obtained separately where required and may be withdrawn in accordance with applicable law.
30.4. Refusal to provide promotional consent will not affect the Participant’s eligibility to attend the Programme.
31. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
31.1. English Quest will process personal information only for legitimate Programme, contractual, safeguarding, administrative, legal and other lawful purposes.
31.2. Personal information may need to be shared with appropriate third-party providers where necessary to deliver the Programme, including accommodation, educational, transport, catering and activity providers.
31.3. Medical and safeguarding information will be handled with appropriate confidentiality and security and only shared where necessary and legally permitted.
31.4. Parents/Guardians should read the English Quest Privacy Notice for further information concerning personal-data processing.
32. CHILD SAFEGUARDING AND EMERGENCIES
32.1. English Quest maintains procedures intended to safeguard Participants against abuse, exploitation, bullying and other risks.
32.2. Where English Quest reasonably believes that a Participant may be at risk of harm, it may take protective action and contact appropriate authorities.
32.3. The emergency contact numbers applicable to the Programme will be supplied in the pre-arrival information.
32.4. Parents/Guardians should use the emergency contact arrangements for urgent family matters requiring contact with the Participant.
33. PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Parent/Guardian is responsible for:
(a) providing accurate information when requested;
(b) ensuring that the Participant has valid travel documents;
(c) obtaining required visas;
(d) providing required medical and safeguarding information;
(e) ensuring appropriate travel insurance;
(f) ensuring that the Participant understands the Programme rules;
(g) providing appropriate pocket money;
(h) paying amounts properly due under these Terms;
(i) arranging international flights where flights are excluded from the Programme; and
(j) cooperating with English Quest where an emergency or safeguarding issue arises.
34. NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
34.1. Parents/Guardians are responsible for booking flights unless expressly stated otherwise.
34.2. Parents/Guardians should select flights compatible with the Programme arrival and departure windows.
34.3. English Quest is not responsible for costs arising from independently booked flights that are delayed, cancelled, missed or changed.
34.4. Where airport transfers are included in the Programme, English Quest will provide or arrange the included transfer in accordance with the information supplied by the Parent/Guardian.
35. LIABILITY
35.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
35.2. English Quest remains responsible for the rights and obligations imposed on it by mandatory applicable law.
35.3. Where applicable package-travel legislation applies, the statutory liability of the legal organiser will apply.
35.4. English Quest will not be responsible for loss or expense caused solely by:
(a) inaccurate information supplied by the Parent/Guardian;
(b) failure to follow reasonable Programme rules or safety instructions;
(c) independently arranged travel or services not included in the Programme; or
(d) circumstances beyond reasonable control,
except where applicable law provides otherwise.
36. INSURANCE
36.1. English Quest will maintain such insurance as is required by applicable law and the nature of the Programme.
36.2. Parents/Guardians remain responsible for obtaining appropriate personal travel insurance for the Participant.
36.3. Third-party providers are responsible for maintaining insurance required for the services they provide.
37. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
37.1. The applicable governing law will be stated in the Booking Confirmation according to the Programme location and the applicable legal requirements.
37.2. For Cyprus Programmes, mandatory provisions of Cyprus law will apply where applicable.
37.3. Nothing in this clause deprives a Parent/Guardian or Participant of mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.
38. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
38.1. English Quest may update these Terms from time to time.
38.2. The Terms applicable to a Booking are those supplied or made available to the Parent/Guardian at the time of Booking, unless a later change is required by law or is expressly accepted by the Parent/Guardian.
38.3. No individual employee, representative or third-party provider may make a binding amendment to these Terms unless authorised by English Quest programme organiser in writing.

40. ACCEPTANCE
By submitting a Booking and paying the required booking payment, the Parent/Guardian confirms that:
(a) the information provided is accurate;
(b) the Parent/Guardian has authority to make the Booking;
(c) the Parent/Guardian has read and accepted these Terms;
(d) the Parent/Guardian has provided the required medical, emergency and travel information; and
(e) the Parent/Guardian understands that additional Programme-specific information and rules may apply.
